Mark Heller is trying to get Lindsay Lohan off the hook for allegedly lying to the police regarding that nasty PCH car crash back in June.
But now it seems that HE himself could be partaking a lie or two as well!
Following LiLo’s hearing Friday, Mark spoke to the press and placed shame on the cops when he said:
“My client suffered a concussion, and never should have been questioned by the police. She was basically held against her will and forced to answer questions.”
But Lindsay wasn’t under arrest and didn’t have to answer any questions…
And now a source is coming forward to call BULLSHIZZ on the whole story!
Completely refuting his claim, they reveal:
“├óΓé¼┼ôFor Mark Heller to claim that Lindsay had a concussion is an absolute and blatant lie. When she was questioned by cops at the emergency room, she wasn├óΓé¼Γäót denied any medical attention because of them. The doctors who treated Lindsay on the day of her car accident last summer didn├óΓé¼Γäót diagnose her with a concussion. She suffered no injury to her head whatsoever. She did have bruised ribs, and she was very sore, but that was her only significant injury. Lindsay had a CT scan of her head, neck, and spine and there was no injury. Not only that, but Lindsay went back to work after leaving the hospital.”
HELLZ BELLZ!
Of course, after hearing Mark’s grand speech on giving people the benefit of the doubt (or simply acknowledging that he doesn’t have it all together), we’re willing to believe he might just be going off what he’s been told.
Still, being an attorney and everything, one would think he’d research the claims given to him by his clients before he used them in their defense!
Oh, Lindsay… it’s not lookin’ good for you, deary!
