The same Mark Heller who was described as incompetent by the judge on the case?
Okay, we just wanted to make sure we’re on the same page because we’re not soooo sure we’d think he’s totally freaking awesome if he were our lawyer.
But that’s not for us to decide because Lindsay Lohan is the one facing a possible stay in the Happiest Place on Earth jail.
And she not only plans to keep him as her lawyer, but she has his back while the media tears him apart as a source revealed LiLo’s opinion about all this disses coming his way:

Definitely sounds like LiLo isn├óΓé¼Γäót going to take Judge James Dabney├óΓé¼Γäós advice about getting a competent lawyer who can practice criminal law in California which means…
…our redheaded lady of trouble will be ordered to court to explain why she is waiving her right to a competent lawyer who knows what he├óΓé¼Γäós doing!
That is, unless a plea deal is worked out.
