UPDATE 6:41 P.M. EST: Someone call the Major crimes unit!
Turns out Kate Major’s arrest was a little more serious than trying to start a fight again.
TheBlast got hold of the police report in which the bus driver accuses Kate of not just being belligerent but drunkenly grabbing her and trying to take the wheel!
That action resulted in a charge of DUI in addition to disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness. Also of note? She didn’t post bail until Wednesday, meaning she spent all of Christmas night in jail.
She’s set to return to court on January 3 for a preliminary hearing. Let’s hope she gets a ride from a friend this time.

Well, this year it was Christmas, and the mass transportation method was a bus. Otherwise, SSDD.
According to The Blast‘s sources, Major — who reportedly filed for divorce from Michael Lohan in September — became irate when her Bieber Tourways bus missed her stop on Tuesday.
The Pennsylvania State Police confirmed she was arrested after allegedly attacking the driver.
Once again, it’s being reported alcohol was involved.
Gurl, get some help. Seriously, if going to jail on Thanksgiving isn’t enough, getting arrested on Christmas Day??
If there’s a rockier bottom than that, no one wants to see it.
