It seems Lindsay Lohan‘s troubled relationship with her father Michael Lohan has gotten so bad she’s refusing to talk to him.
Or at least, according to Dina Lohan, who said in a recent interview, “She is not talking to her dad now.”
That seems to be the case since Lindsay followed through on her promise NOT to appear on Celebrity Rehab and refused an invitation to visit her pops for “family day” at the rehab facility in Pasadena.
A source said:
“Michael Lohan wanted Lindsay, Ali, and the rest of the family to come for ‘family day.’ Michael even wanted Dina to come.”
Apparently, Michael is in rehab for “anger issues” and we wish him well as he recovers, but c’mon, dude!
Did you REALLY expect Lindsay to come to “family day” to boost the ratings support your problems when she has enough of her own to deal with?
It doesn’t sound like Dina will be stopping by Dr. Drew‘s stomping grounds anytime soon either to support her ex-husband, saying:
“I was never even asked to go to ‘family day.’ I have a criminal stay away order in place. He can not come within 100 yards of me. I would never go to see him on ‘family day’, or on camera, ever.”
We really wish this family could put there differences aside and act like, well, a family, but sadly, that doesn’t look like it’s happening anytime soon.
Sorry things didn’t work out the way you wanted them to Mike, but hopefully someone came to give you support on family day.
