The book isn’t even out yet, but it’s already causing possible lawsuits!!
We told you about Lindsay Lohan‘s rumored lil’ tell-all project she’s supposedly been working on since her last visit to rehab, but now that project might be hitting a roadblock.
It’s reported that Michael Lohan is already freaking out about his daughter’s scandlicious book because he fears Dina Lohan will tell LiLo defamatory stories about him from her childhood!
And in the case of Michael and Dina’s divorce, this would be totes illegal! The two actually have a gag order in place from their divorce that says:
“The wife shall not, directly or indirectly, publish, or cause to be published, any diary, memoir, letter, story [about her marriage to Michael].”
Oh shizzz!
Now he’s supposedly already had his lawyer send her a letter reminding her of this, along with a previous reminder for her to not write about him in her own book.
So, does this mean LiLo won’t be a New York Times best seller anytime soon??
