Christian LaBella, the congressional staffer who allegedly scratched and choked Lindsay Lohan after she supposedly snatched his phone to delete evidence of her hAArd partying ways, has appeared!
And will the dude finally reveal this mythic cell phone footage he MIGHT have of Linds wylin’ out at the Holiday Inn W Hotel?!!
Well… maybe! But that’s not what he divulged when he was approached at LAX and asked about the incident!
Instead, Christian dished:
“I don’t have any comment at this time… I’m glad the charges were dropped.”
Shocker!
Color us infinitely surprised that he’s not super bummed to be avoiding potential jail time and Lindsay Lohan courtroom drama.
For the future, we think Christian should probably just keep his phone-camera in his pants and his hands to himself when around notorious celebs, especially if said celeb is known for her sporadic, unpredictable behavior!
