We gotta give Lindsay credit. She worked hard at her first day at the morgue.
True, true, she’s done WAY more wrongs than rights, but maybe this really, truly is her first step in the right direction.
Despite that whole cupcake debacle, Lindsay really wanted to prove that she is a hard worker by getting down and dirty on her first day.
She washed soiled linens, scrubbed toilets, and even got down on her hands and knees and cleaned the floors. And she actually seemed to really enjoy her time with the other volunteers. She was seen socializing with them and making friends.
Lindsay acted like a real grown-up and went to bed early the night before so that she would most definitely NOT show up late. She wanted to make sure that everybody knew how truly sorry she was for arriving late last week.
Hmm… We’ve heard that before.
We’re pleased with your progress, Lindsay, but we’re still not entirely convinced. Let’s see how you hold up during the next two weeks.
