As we mentioned yesterday, Lindsay Lohan has been accused of stealing jewelry loaned to her while shooting for Elle magazine in London.
She’s been barred from working with fashion house Louis Vuitton after reportedly stealing clothing lent to her on a 2007 shoot with Elle. Why’d the mag have a change of heart? We’re not sure.
But, apparently, the heads at Elle think Lindsanity is not to blame in this most recent incident.
According to LOLhan’s rep, “No one has contacted us yet, but Lindsay is happy to cooperate. She wants them to find the missing items.”
Those missing items include “earrings and a necklace, believed to be diamond and estimated to be worth in the region of 250,000 [pounds].”
A rep for Elle says: “I can confirm on behalf of Elle magazine, that items of jewelry went missing from an Elle photo shoot two weeks ago and the matter is now being investigated by the police. Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make.”
What do U think? Maybe Lindsay just “accidentally” took them home?
