Lindsay Scolded In Court, Has One Last Chance To Accept Plea Deal!

That was brief!
After showing up 35 minutes late to court, Lindsay Lohan‘s hearing lasted only 15 minutes on Thursday.
And, luckily for her, the judge didn’t even reprimand her for being tardy!
However, Lindsay and her lawyer were scolded for information that has leaked about the proceedings to date!
The judge set a preliminary hearing on the theft case for April 22nd and assigned it to another judge, who will SIMULTANEOUSLY be deciding whether Lindsay has violated her probation or not.
An interim date of March 25th has also been set at the current court with the current judge, where Lindsay will either plead no contest or guilty to the theft charges. Lohan’s lawyer is STILL trying to work out a plea deal, and if one is going to be accepted that March 25th date is when her sentencing will be. If Lohan and her lawyer refuse to accept a plea deal, the March 25th date will be cancelled and all parties will meet on April 22nd for the preliminary hearing.
We have a feeling Lindsay will accept a plea deal! She should and do some time, which would then also count towards her probation violation.
Any way you paint it, though, not good news for Lohan!
