Lindsay WILL be going to jail!!!! In fact, she’s already there!
But, at least she will be housed in “administrative segregation” because of her celebrity status.
We have to keep Linds safe while she is in the slammer!
Also, LA County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said that the only way Lindsay could be released before her probation hearing on October 22 is if the judge issues another order.
