Thank God she’s back!
Lindsay Lohan Tweeted for the first time since her stints in both jail and rehab.
She says:
“Clearly.. Paparazzi shouldn’t be allowed to take pictures or video while someone’s driving or at a stop light. 4every1’s sake #trafficpolice”
Well, we were hoping for something a bit more enthralling, but we’ll take it!
