Livia Firth aka the lucky lady married to actor Colin Firth has created a line of sustainable party dresses.
The strapless 1950s-inspired dresses are made from fabric remnants as well as a blend of materials like silk and wool. The Reclaim to Wear line is also manufactured in Italy by Cooperativa Rinascere, a non-profit that helps disadvantaged people improve their work skills.
While Livia’s dresses might be green, you’re going to have to spend a lot of green to get one because they retail for $832.
Kermit says it best, it’s not easy being green.
