L'Oreal Sued! Anti Frizz Serum Can Set You On Fire!

Uh oh.
Ladies – and men who use anti-frizz products – if you bought Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum ANY TIME after Feb. 4th 2008 and live in California or New York, you could be due $$$ compensation!
Why, you might ask? Because the product is HIGHLY flammable, yet neglects to label itself as such!
And when used in conjunction with heated styling products, well… let’s just say you may not have any hair left to de-frizz.
District Court Judge Christina A. Snyder of the Central District of California has granted certification to two consumer subclasses (California and New York) in a suit claiming L’Oréal USA Inc. and L’Oréal USA Products Inc. failed to label their Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum as flammable.
Silly L’Oreal! Their careless mistake could end up costing millions!
