Innocent until proven guilty, right??
By now, you’ve certainly heard about Luann de Lesseps‘ drunken arrest in Palm Beach, where she got physical with a police officer and threatened to “kill [them] all.” So we find it bold that the Countess has chosen to plead not guilty to the five crimes she has been charged with — four of which are felonies.

According to TMZ, the Real Housewives Of New York star has been charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and two counts of corruption by threat. It’s said the Bravolebrity entered her plea in Florida a few days before the New Year. This legal move came around the same time de Lesseps admitted herself into an alcoholic treatment center.
While we didn’t think Luann would ACTUALLY plead guilty in this situation, she kind of already admitted guilt when she apologized for her bad behavior on Twitter. ICYMI, be sure to see it for yourself (below).
I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018
