Lupe Finally Gets A Release Date!

The protest is off!
After months of battling with his record label, Lupe Fiasco has finally got a release date for his long-awaited album Lasers!
The bad news is that we have to wait until next year! March 8, specifically. But, at least we’ll get a taste of the new album, as the first single will drop October 26 via his website.
The rapper later posted a picture of himself on his Twitter giving the thumbs up sign with Atlantic Records exec Julie Greenwald along with the caption, “Victory.”
Ha! Awesome! We guess it does pay off to stand up to your record label!
