Prejean is sticking by her story that the wind took advantage of her top in the pic above, or at least that’s what the pageant queen claimed at Tuesday’s press conference.

The photographer responsible for snapping the boobie shots, though, is saying otherwise!

Dominic Petruzzi says that Miss California showed her funbags “spontaneously” during the photo shoot!

“She was totally posing and looking into the camera,” said Petruzzi, and even claims Carrie checked out the nudes for herself after the shoot and had no problem with the titty flash!

You got some ‘splainin to do, chica!
