Mac Miller's Cause Of Death Revealed

Mac Miller death certificate deferred cause death

Mac Miller‘s cause of death has been revealed, and sadly, it’s no surprise to learn what specific drug cocktail led to his passing back in September.
According to a new report out on Monday via TMZ, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has officially released their toxicology findings regarding Miller’s death, pointing to “mixed drug toxicity” as the main culprit.

More specifically, the report found that fentanyl and cocaine were the two drugs responsible for Miller’s death; he also had alcohol in his system. The Coroner has moved to officially categorize the death as an accidental overdose.
According to the report, Mac’s assistant was the one who found him “unresponsive on his bed in a praying position.” The rapper apparently died while kneeling forward, with his face resting on his knees.
An empty alcohol bottle was found on the nightstand and a bottle of prescription pills was found in the bathroom. Cops also discovered a rolled up $20 bill “with white powdery residue” in the rapper’s pocket.
Most important as far as the toxicology report goes, it appears that the amount of each specific drug ingested was NOT lethal on its own; rather, it was the combination and mix once taken that actually killed the rapper. Ugh…
So sad. R.I.P., Mac Miller.
