Macho Man Randy Savage Died From A Bad Heart

Now we know the truth.

Macho Man Randy Savage‘s autopsy results are in and it looks like the wrestler died from a serious “cardiac event” just moments before crashing into a tree last month.

According to the Pinellas County Medical Examiner, Randy suffered from cardiovascular disease. He tested positive for alcohol and hydrocodone during his time of death, however, they weren’t responsible for his death.

So very sad. We’re glad to finally know the cause of his death, but we’re still sad that he’s gone.

RIP Macho Man.
