Madonna was caught sneaking out the back door of Locatelli’s in London on Monday night with both Stella and Paul McCartney in tow and a book under her arm.

Was it story time at dinner?

While M and Stella headed out the front, Sir Paul exited the restaurant out the back to avoid the photogs.

The Queen of Pop resumes her Sticky & Sweet tour in Manchester tonight.
