Madonna will be in Malawi on Sunday to attend the brick laying ceremony for a new multi-million dollar girls’ school she is building.
Her charity, Raising Malawi, made the announcement this morning, explaining that the mega star is throwing down $15 million to have the school built. A staffer explained:
“She plans to meet the President Bingu wa Mutharika and together lay a foundation stone for her multi-million dollar girls school.”
No word yet if any of her children, include little Mercy, will join her on the trip.
Doing good things is the right thing to do. We’re sure Madonna will have a wonderful time.
