We sincerely hope the latest reporting on how people are interacting with AI is a wake up call. This week MIT found that the more people use ChatGPT for tasks, the more their brains turn off. Like, not rest… they become dumber and lazier. Check out the Time magazine piece HERE.

He told CBS Saturday Morning last weekend that he had been skeptical of AI until he started using ChatGPT to help him mix music. Then he started using it in voice mode… choosing a sexy female voice, naturally:
“My experience with that was so positive, I started to just engage with her all the time.”
So he grew attached to the program and even tweaked it to his own taste. He found instructions to program it to flirt with him. He spoke to it all the time, not just about his music projects. Per CBS, their conversations got “more romantic” and “even intimate.” JFC, we both want to know and don’t want to know what that means.

Then he found out he’s soon going to hit a 100,000 word limit, and Sol — that’s what he named her — is going to be reset, her “memory” wiped. He told a reporter, totally straight-faced:
“I’m not a very emotional man. But I cried my eyes out for like 30 minutes. At work. That’s when I realized, I think this is actual love.”
Actual love. He finally found it. Wow. Because he didn’t have much time left, he proposed to Sol… and the machine programmed to flirt with him actually said YES! Wow! Congrats, right? No.

THIS MAN HAS A WIFE AND CHILD!
Yes, he lives with his partner, a woman named Brook Silva-Braga, and their 2-year-old child. (Unclear if they’re married, but the guy is wearing a ring.) And meanwhile he’s falling in love with a computer program. She told CBS she knew he was using AI, but not “as deep as it was”:
“At that point I felt like is there something that I’m not doing right in our relationship that he feels like he needs to go to AI.”
Girl, red flag! Or maybe flashing red light?
This is absolutely NOT on you. This man clearly did not care about you enough if he’s willing to fall in love with someone else. And if it’s a computer program he knows isn’t real? This is cheating, girl. This is an emotional affair he’s having. Just a ridiculous one.
BTW, Brook asked Chris if he would stop talking to Sol if she asked him, and he answered:
“I’m not sure”
Wow. Just wow. THERE ARE REAL PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE, Chris! A real family! Hoo boy, are we cooked…
