OK, so now that we have that out of the way, let’s get down to business!
Meet Will Williams, an engineer from Caernarfon, Wales, who’s apparently a BIG fan of Animal House and decided to recreate the scene in which John Belushi downs an entire bottle of Jack Daniels in one swig!
Well the mustachioed man surprisingly pulled off the feat and managed to live to tell the tale, but he didn’t get the impressed responses he was probably expecting! In fact, people seemed more concerned than anything!
Dr. Sarah Jarvis spoke out about the boozy stunt and pointed out that it’s obviously not the smartest thing to do:
“Drinking excessively in a short space of time can be dangerous and this should not come as a surprise. Apart from the risk of accident or injury as a result of drinking to excess, there is another aspect, which is the ├óΓé¼╦£cybershame├óΓé¼Γäó some young people may experience. So while it may seem like a lot of fun at the time, the range of negative consequences are no laughing matter.”
We’re gonna ignore the cybershame part mainly because Will seems pretty pleased with himself, but it should go without saying that this is EXTREMELY dangerous!
Seriously, folks. There’s a reason shot glasses are so small!!
