The Aussie actress was photographed by videographer Bill Viola for the December/January 2015 issue, AKA the Art Issue, which sees the magazine collaborating with different artists.
Jake Gyllenhaal is also given the watery treatment in a separate cover and spread (see in the gallery above)!
The unconventional photos will definitely throw people off, but that is exactly the point.
Plus, Margot’s hair fanning out behind her and the delicate lace dress she wears give us serious Ophelia vibes!
