Almost all Hollywood couples are plagued with split rumors during their marriages or relationships.
So it really comes as no shock that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are the latest Hollywood romance to be hit with breakup rumors.
Not too long ago, we EXCLUSIVELY told you that her rep denied any truth to the rumors, but that apparently isn’t slowing them down!
It is now being rumored that the two are living separately after six years of marriage! A source is claiming:
“He hasn├óΓé¼Γäót been staying at their home. He├óΓé¼Γäós been living out of hotels. They├óΓé¼Γäóre fighting a lot.”
Along with that, reports are saying a divorce is on its way:
“Mariah has had several closed door meetings with divorce lawyers.”
Although, this source claims moving forward with a split is all Mariah’s doing:
“But Nick’s being more passive. He’s less inclined to pull the trigger, perhaps because of the kids. He’ll definitely wait for Mariah to file for divorce, but he won’t go down without a fight. He wants a chunk of her $500 million fortune. Nick’s sensible and realizes that the twins would have a more stable existence if Mariah had full custody. But he wants generous visitation rights.”
Considering the initial rumor of their split had the two set to already announce the separation, we’re not too quick to believe these new rumors.
We just hope these two can cuddle up together and weather the gossip storm until it passes.
Because it’ll only be a matter of days hours until another celeb couple is under the microscope!
