A woman named Simonette DaCosta is suing the pair claiming that she was fired as their former nanny for being too affectionate with their twins.
In her lawsuit, Simonette claims that as a full-time nanny, she fed, bathed, and comforted Mariah and Nick’s twins Moroccan and Monroe when they were just infants.
However, Simonette claims she got axed because Mariah felt she was giving them too much attention.
Um, isn’t that the job??
Simonette is suing for back pay and other damages, and claims she worked occasionally 100 hours a week.
