Mariah Carey's Fans Are Concerned After THIS Odd Stage Behavior!

Are you good, Mariah Carey???

That is a question fans are asking now after videos of one of the legendary singer’s recent shows for the Celebration of Mimi residency at Park MGM in Las Vegas have gone viral, all because of her odd behavior on stage! In one video posted to Instagram on Friday, Mariah belts out her hit track Fantasy and takes a few steps to one side of the stage before grabbing the hand of her backup dancer. He then continues to bust a move around her while she stands there… and continues to sing, staying in the same spot for a few seconds. The Grammy winner then wanders back to center stage to finish the song. Check it out (below):

Yeah… It is giving zero energy in the performance, but at least the vocals are on point! She also looks amazing in a pink bodysuit with a matching sheer tulle skirt and platform heels!

The same social media user posted another clip from the concert of Mariah in the same outfit, this time she just came out from backstage and strolled up to the microphone stand at the center of the stage to sing. Watch (below):

A third video showed Mariah singing It’s Like That in a shimmery gold ensemble and matching pumps. It’s a somewhat fast-paced song. There’s a groove to it. You would expect a little oomph in the performance! However, Mariah just walked to one side of the stage, stood there as she sang, and then walked to the other to hit her high note. See (below):

Since these videos dropped, fans have stormed the comments section to express their concern (and give some harsh criticism), questioning if everything is fine with Mimi. See the reactions (below):

“Why is she moving like she’s 105 years old?”

“I’m a little worried about my Mimi.”

“something not right at all”

“Is she ok? Or am watching in slow motion.”

“Why is she so stiff!!”

“She can’t move anymore?”

“Is she in pain? What is going on?”

“What’s going on here?! Is this a real performance or the dress rehearsal?”

“She can hardly move”

Others came to her defense, even saying her heels may have inhibited her performance and suggested she “start wearing flats.” They said:

“Mariah is 55 years old now. People age and as long as she has people paying to see her she dont care about none of these negative comments. She has also been through a lot. Don’t talk about her. She is still beautiful”

“Our stars are aging. We just used to them being young. Heck, Madonna will be 67 this year and so would have Prince and Michael Jackson!”

“NO Mariah disrespect tolerated . She’s a SINGER. A VOCALIST. An ICON. She EARNED her cemented place in history by her talent and hard work. It’s insane that a society believes you have to keep running yourself into the ground when you’ve out worked and out performed 90% of the people in your field.”

To be fair, Mariah is more of a vocalist and has never been one to dance much on stage! She is not busting out choreography as she sings like Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, or Lady GaGa, to name a few! And all performers have a bad night sometimes! Perhaps this was one of them for Mariah! She’s also had a rough couple of months, so have some grace.
