Marilyn Monroe's Bra Sold For $20,000 But That's Nothing Compared To Her Auctioned Love Letters!

Marilyn Monroe's memorabilia is worth a fortune
Decades later, and the world is still infatuated with Marilyn Monroe. Understandably!
The silver screen siren met her untimely death way too young in life, and her fans love to have something to remember her by.
So, when Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills had their Icons & Idols event, they must have known they’d make a ton of ca$$$h.
And they did!

Items of Miz Monroe’s were auctioned off on Friday and Saturday, like a pendant necklace, which sold for $34,375, a lacy bra went for $20,000, and a makeup compact nearly doubled that at $46,875!
But some of the most sought after items were love notes that she didn’t even write!
One from Joe DiMaggio, after she decided to divorce him, sold for $78,125, while one from Arthur Miller went for $43,750!
But the most expensive item of all was a $93,760 black velvet opera coat that she wore.
Some other memorabilia involved in the auction belonged to Farrah Fawcett, as well as part of Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s wedding cake that cost $7,500!
Would you ever spend this much for a piece of history???
