Matt Bomer Attends AIDS Walk In NYC

White Collar hottie Matt Bomer took some time out from his busy schedule to attend the 2011 AIDS Walk New York Opening Ceremony on Sunday.

The actor even spoke alongside The Event‘s Laura Innes to share the dangerous and frightening reality of the deadly disease that kills 35 million people world wide.

He offered a little shining nugget of hope to those gathered in support of finding a cure for AIDS, saying:

“What’s the best thing the battle against AIDS has going for it? It has you!”

So true! AIDS will not stop itself, but the more people that support funding research for a cure, the closer we will get to stopping it ourselves.
