But we suppose people are allowed second umpteenth chances at redemption…
While Matthew Fox’s team of expert lawyers are currently dealing with the sh*tstorm that raged after Dominic Monaghan├óΓé¼Γäós abuse tweets, the female party bus driver who sued Fox back in 2011 for allegedly hitting her repeatedly in the chest and crotch is dropping her lawsuit due to lack of funds.
Heather Bormann’s attorney withdrew from the suit in April, stating:
“[his client] intentionally failed and refused to provide full and timely cooperation and information.├óΓé¼┬¥
It seems the bus driver also couldn├óΓé¼Γäót pay her attorney’s legal fees.
Who knows WHAT happened on that bus, but if Matthew did physically attack Heather, we hope he gets what’s karmically coming to him!
Physical violence is the tool of controlling cowards, Matt… ignorant, controlling, cowards who are unwilling to figure out alternative solutions to one├óΓé¼Γäós anger.
