Matthew Fox is one luuuucky actor!
Yesterday we reported the female party bus driver who sued the Lost star back in 2011 for allegedly hitting her repeatedly in the chest and crotch is dropping her lawsuit due to lack of funds. AND, today, Fox struck a plea deal with prosecutors that will keep him out of jail for the DUI charge he got earlier this month!
Yay Boo!
Driving under the influence is a VERY selfish and dangerous thing to do. The rich and famous should have to pay just like everyone else!
With all the sticky situations Mr. Fox gets out of we have to assume the actor has the world’s best legal team — OR he’s he has the power of the island on his side.
Now, if only he could get his Lost co-stars to stop tweeting about him beating women…
