Production of the new NBC drama Parenthood has been put on hold due to the undisclosed illness of one of its stars, ER alum Maura Tierney.
“Start of production on NBC Universal├óΓé¼Γäós new series Parenthood has been postponed for eight weeks due to medical evaluation that valued cast member Maura Tierney is undergoing,” said a rep for the network.
No further explanation of what this possible illness could be.
The show, which revolves around four siblings, Tierney, Peter Krause, Erika Christensen and Dax Shepard, was to begin filming at the end of June.
The series was to debut September 23, which changes NBC’s fall line-up.
We just hope it’s nothing serious!!!!
