Megan Fox is feeling grateful to have no bad blood with ex-husband Brian Austin Green – especially as she goes through her very messy drama with Machine Gun Kelly!
According to an Us Weekly source on Thursday, the 36-year-old actress has been able to handle the chaos of her life since the former couple has such a “great coparenting relationship.” A source told the outlet:
“Knowing that [Megan] has a healthy connection with Brian makes things a lot easier when it comes to managing other parts of her life.”
Megan is definitely going through it right now with her current beau. The two sparked split speculation last month after she shared an eyebrow-raising post that seemed to suggest MGK cheated on her, removed all of her photos with him on Instagram, and was seen without her engagement ring. Neither Megan nor the 32-year-old singer has shared an update on their relationship — except for the Jennifer’s Body star later making a statement to shut down the rumors that infidelity was the cause of their issues. Not sure how many were buying that — it seems more likely the couple are just trying to pull that dirty laundry back in since they’ve decided to try to work through it…

As for what happened, they reportedly got into a “big fight” during Super Bowl weekend. Over what? That remains a big question on everyone’s mind — but things have been rocky between them ever since, to the point where they’re going to daily therapy sessions to hopefully fix things. However, that may not be enough for the twin flames. An Us insider previously share that Megan and MGK “need to have a significant breakthrough” to save their relationship:
“[Megan] isn’t sure where things stand with Colson, and it’s complicated at the moment. They’re still working on their relationship because the love they had was the real deal. That’s not something that just goes away overnight. However, they would need to have a significant breakthrough to make things work. It’s all up in the air right now.”
Yeah… It’s not looking good for MGK and Megan, to say the least! While Brian is supportive and in a good place with the Transformers star when it comes to co-parenting their three kids, he does not plan to get in the middle of the drama! The Us Weekly source noted that they do not get involved in each other’s private and romantic lives, and Megan is “a grown woman who can make her own decisions and handle things on her own,” adding:
“It’s not the type of situation where she goes to him as a support system in terms of her romantic relationships.”
Well, Megan might need a shoulder to lean on if she and Machine Gun Kelly aren’t able to work through whatever issues they’ve been having and mend their relationship.
