The beautiful Duchess of Sussex turns 38 years old on Sunday, and along with our own early morning celebration of her style evolution, plenty of other people around the globe are celebrating her big day, too… including the royal family across the pond in the United Kingdom!

According to the Sun on Sunday, Meghan is spending her 38th birthday weekend in style, joining Prince Harry and Master Archie at Queen Elizabeth II‘s amazing Balmoral estate in Scotland! According to the report in the U.K. publication on Sunday, the Queen and Prince Philip are hosting a special tea for Markle and her young family — so special, and SO cute!!!
The palace is neither confirming nor denying that Scottish vacay report, but a royal insider spoke to the publication about it, and confirmed that Meghan’s invite was a HUGE honor for both her and Harry.
The insider revealed more (below):
“It is testament to Meghan that she has been given this invite. It’s a huge honor. They will celebrate Meghan’s birthday, and the catering team will bake a cake to mark the occasion. It’s no secret Balmoral is Her Majesty’s favorite home and that’s why this invite is so special and heartfelt.”
Awww! That is too cute — and it bodes very well for the Duchess of Sussex and her relationship with her extended royal family!!! Such a big, important weekend for her and Harry… so awesome!
