Another team member bows out.
The protection officer who had been guarding Meghan Markle and Prince Harry over the past few months is leaving for personal reasons, People reports.
Apparently not due to any issue with the parents-to-be, the bodyguard is leaving the Metropolitan Police, which runs the royalty and diplomatic protection squad.

And it sounds like Meghan was hit the hardest by the sudden leave. An insider told People the Duchess of Sussex didn’t take the news well at all:
“The Duchess is gutted — so the officer is also upset as she didn’t want to leave the team.”
This departure comes after another “key member” of Meghan and Harry’s team, private secretary Samantha Cohen left the couple, as well as Meghan’s assistant.
Eek!! Who’s going to leave their team next?
