It turns out we don’t have very long to wait at all until Prince Harry and Meghan Markle become proud new parents!
The Duchess of Sussex revealed her due date for the first time while on a trip to the town of Birkenhead on Monday alongside her husband, and onlookers were very pleased to report the good news!

Per People, the Duchess was speaking to well-wisher Carla Gandy during the visit when Gandy’s four-year-old daughter asked Meghan when she was due:
“We asked her how her pregnancy was going and she said she was six months and she tapped her tummy.”
Awww! Apparently, she also told other visitors today that she’s expecting to pop in late April, though Meghan demurred on giving an exact date (and/or she doesn’t know it yet!).
That’s not only super cute, but also super informative — when Kensington Palace first announced the royal pregnancy, they only gave a due date of “spring 2019” in the official statement from back in October.
But knowing she’s at the six-month waypoint here in mid-January, and that she’s already eyeing late April, that gives us 90+ days to start the countdown! Ha!!!

Now there’s only one thing left for everyone — Meghan and Harry included — to find out: will it be a boy or a girl?!
Ahhh! Such an exciting time for the royal family!!
