Meghan Markle is revealing bits and pieces about her pregnancy, including sharing some tidbits about how her body is beginning to change!

The glowing royal has been Down Under with Prince Harry this week, and while visiting world-famous Bondi Beach, she bonded with Australian local Charlotte Connell — who is also pregnant!
Connell told the media that Markle relayed to her some info on some changing sleep patterns now that she’s expecting (below):
“Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag. She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep.”
Awww!
Markle is no stranger to yoga, having grown up around it as a kid and practicing her whole life, but no question now she’s doing it with a little different level of mindfulness at heart!
Here’s wishing her a happy, healthy pregnancy — because there are about to be a LOT more changes to come!
That’s to say there may be a bit more 4:30 a.m yoga to come! Hopefully Harry is supporting her like a good husband and joining in, too! LOLz!
