Hopefully the third time is the charm here — at least for Master Archie‘s sake?
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly on their third nanny in a little over three months since their adorable son was born back in May! But if insiders are correct about how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex feel about this nanny, well, hopefully there won’t be a fourth added to the mix any time soon!

According to sources who spoke to ET about the couple’s insider hiring decisions, after the pair decided to actually use a nanny in the first place, the first two women brought on to nanny for young Archie “didn’t work out.” However, the most recent hire “has been a blessing so far,” now that she’s been with the couple for about six weeks.
Word from the source is that the first nanny was let go “for a lapse in professional duties,” and parted ways with the couple “very quickly.”
Someone got FIRED…
It’s unclear what she did to warrant being let go so fast, but a second nanny quickly came on to take her place.
Unfortunately, the second nanny left in short order, too — but not for doing anything wrong! She departed only because she was apparently more of a night nurse, and didn’t exactly fit in the couple’s long-term plans for Archie other than offering a short-term care option during a time in need.
This third nanny, though… now, finally, the Duke and Duchess may have their woman!
An insider spoke to The Sun about the new nanny recently, revealing (below):
“The nanny fits into the family really well. Meghan is a very hands-on mum but the new nanny is a godsend. She is extremely professional, with a number of nannying years under her belt, and has fitted into the family really well. She’s great with little Archie and just adores him. Harry and Meghan are very happy with her.”

The nanny buzz has been big the last few days because an unidentified woman — who turned out to be this third nanny — was spotted accompanying Meghan & Harry on their recent getaway to Elton John‘s chateau in France.
The new nanny is also expected to accompany the couple and their adorable baby boy on their upcoming royal tour of South Africa this fall.

And though it took time to get to this point, it appears Meghan and Harry have the woman they need to help with Archie’s care and upbringing… something which obviously shouldn’t be taken too lightly over at Frogmore Cottage! Good for them!
