According to bookmakers surrounding the upcoming christening of two-month-old Prince Louis, Meghan Markle is definitely an underdog on the list of potential godparents of Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s little one!
In fact, Prince Harry‘s new wife has 14/1 odds, far behind staffers and close friends who may get the honor ahead of her.

TBH, that’s fair, right? She hasn’t been around the family for that long!
As you may know, Louis will be christened on July 9, which is when his godparents will be revealed.
Jessica Bridge, of British bookmakers Ladbrokes, said in a statement of the occasion:
“As with George and Charlotte, [William and Kate] chose close and trusted friends and aides, rather than immediate family members, and the odds suggest that will be the same with little Prince Louis.”
So who is on the list of frontrunners? You have the couple’s former assistant and nanny Tiggy Pettifer (listed as 2/1), William’s outgoing private secretary Miguel Head (listed at 5/4), William’s stepsister Laura Lopes (at 3/1), and Kate’s former private secretary Rebecca Priestley (at 4/1).
We guess we will have to wait and see what happens!!!
