It seems Photogate is a thing of the past for Meghan Markle and Kris Jenner, and they could be joining forces to help the Duchess of Sussex’s new plans in Hollywood come to life — even if Prince Harry disapproves!
According to RadarOnline on Friday, Meg is possibly looking to go down the reality television path soon! Yep, you read that right! Perhaps something along the lines of The Sussexes or Keeping Up With the Sussexes! There is an idea — if the report is true! LOLz! Anyway, Meghan reportedly repaired her friendship with Kris in recent months after the controversy surrounding the momager’s birthday party in November.

Kris and Kim Kardashian had posted pics on Instagram of Meghan and Harry from the celebration, but they immediately deleted them at the couple’s request. They apparently wanted to avoid any more backlash because the former actress didn’t have a poppy on, as is tradition in the UK for Remembrance Day, which fell on the same day as the bash. Photogate caused a bit of a rift between the KarJenners and Sussexes. But it appears all is now well between them! Meghan even sent Kris a hamper full of candles and chocolates from her lifestyle brand, As Ever, for Mother’s Day, which the television personality publicly thanked her for.
However, the Suits alum reportedly had an ulterior motive behind the olive branch — or in this case, the gift basket! Sources claim she is getting close to Kris again because she wants her help to get into the reality television world, but Harry is “deeply uneasy” about the two becoming close again! Especially as he is trying to rebuild his relationship with the royal family! An insider close to the Sussexes said:
“It genuinely unsettles Harry to see this relationship taking such a prominent role again. At a time when he is making a conscious effort to repair long-damaged ties with his family, he worries that being publicly linked so closely with reality television figures sends the wrong message and could jeopardize that progress. From his point of view, it creates a disconnect between the life he is trying to rebuild and the image being projected.”
But Meg is determined! The source alleged her outreach to Kris is a “calculated effort” to boost her position in Hollywood and is part of her master plan to get a reality show of her own one day! She reportedly also thinks Kris could be a “future strategic partner” to help build her brand. An entertainment industry insider claimed:
“Meghan sees Kris as someone who understands how to turn visibility into longevity. There is a belief that a reality-based project, handled carefully, could redefine how Meghan connects with audiences while maintaining control over her narrative.”
Wasn’t With Love, Meghan supposed to help her connect with audiences? If it didn’t work with the lifestyle series, what makes her think a full-on reality show will? Oh, and be good enough to entertain viewers for multiple seasons? We don’t exactly see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex airing it all as the Kardashians do (or getting into classic reality TV fights)!
But supposedly, Meghan thinks it is a great idea! A source said she has worked hard to mend her relationship with Kris because she views her as an asset to achieve her goal:
“Public backing from someone like Kris carries real weight in entertainment and influencer circles. Meghan views that kind of support as essential to maintaining momentum and opening new opportunities.”
Prince Harry is still wary about going down this route, though. A source explained:
“He is far more comfortable staying out of the spotlight than becoming further entangled in that scene. He is very aware of how these associations are perceived publicly, and he feels it risks pulling him back into a narrative that does not reflect what he wants to represent. Meghan is very driven by creating something that reflects her independence. In her view, aligning with Kris is a way to elevate that ambition.”
And sadly, Meghan and Harry’s differences of opinion on this matter shows that they may not be on the same page anymore:
“The underlying issue is that Harry and Meghan’s priorities are no longer perfectly aligned. Kris has come to symbolize that gap – representing a path Meghan is eager to pursue, and one Harry feels less comfortable embracing.”
IF this is legit, Prince Harry is not wrong to feel uneasy! We all know how the royal family reacted to the couple’s actions in the past! They weren’t too happy! Could you imagine their fury if the pair launched a reality show? It may ruin Meghan and Harry’s relationship with the royals for good, especially with the future king, Prince William!
