Meghan Trainor’s lips AIN’T movin’!
The pop star is regretting her latest cosmetic procedure after realizing it impaired her ability to show off her pearly whites! During a recent episode of her Workin’ On It podcast, the 30-year-old revealed she got “too much Botox” — like, to the point where she can’t smile how she normally does! She dished:
“To all my fellow girlies out there who’s in your 30s out there, hi. I got too much Botox and I need help. I messed up, listen, I’ve had Botox like a handful of times just on my forehead, and someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, if you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip and I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living.”
However, in her opinion, the results were… Not-so “beautiful.” She continued:
“Twas not true. And also, I cannot smile anymore.”
Oof! The All About That Bass singer then proceeded to show fans the extent of how “big” she can currently smile before her older brother Ryan, who co-hosts the show, admitted he was the the first one to point out her changed appearance… Which she now “can’t unsee.” She said:
“I cannot smile, my face hurts to smile — to even try.”
The mother of two pulled up a photo of her trying to smile and said:
“I don’t look happy, I look like I smelled someone’s fart.”
HA! But this has all taught the singer a valuable lesson:
“You know what this taught me? My smile does light up a room. And without it there, it’s a dim light.”
We love that!
Meghan also noted that she got a bit of filler injected into her upper lip in addition to the Botox to give her smile a fuller look. You can watch the clip (below):

In the same episode, the Made You Look singer revealed she’s finally decided to get a boob job after wanting one for “years.” Let’s just hope she’s more satisfied with those results than her lips! Ha!
