Meghan Trainor exploded into super stardom in 2014 when her hit single All About That Bass went No. 1 in 19 countries… but for one her fans, Meghan was already the No. 1 artist in the entire world.
That’s because five-year-old Isabella Harvey loves the 21-year-old so much, that she just might be the biggest Trainee out there.
You see, Isabella was unfortunately diagnosed with Leukemia in January 2013 with a relapse again in September 2014, but credits her high spirits to Meghan’s uplifting music.

Whenever Isabella has to go to the hospital or spend days in bed, she occupies her time by watching Meghan on TV or listening to Title on repeat.
Well, it seems as though Meghan was touched by Isabella’s unwavering support, because she surprised her biggest fan with a concert and even got to meet her in-person!
