It’s been less than two weeks since we heard Mel B and estranged husband Stephen Belafonte had finally come to terms on their belligerent breakup.
Now Stephen is ALREADY claiming the former Spice Girl broke their carefully brokered deal!
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the artist formerly known as Scary is being accused of being late on her November spousal support payment and not allowing him access to their old family home.

Mel has responded by saying she missed that payment because a business deal fell through, but that she has now paid for that month AND December. Regarding the home, she says it’s Stephen’s fault for just showing up without calling ahead — which is totally rude.
The America’s Got Talent cohost is also annoyed Stephen let their daughter sleep in the bed with him during an overnight visit. Um, what?
She absolutely does not suggest any inappropriate behavior, so why is that even an issue??
They finally make peace, then they can’t stop fighting about the peace agreement. NOW what will happen to those sex tapes??
