Mel B wants to make sure that her children have a lot of confidence and a lot of love in this world!
Which is the reason why she is actually pretty tough on her children as a parent!
The former member of Spice Girls has three daughters – Angel, Madison, and Phoenix – and the mother recently appeared on Oprah‘s OWN show Where Are They Now? where she discussed her parenting techniques!
Here’s what she said on the show:
“I’d like to think that what I give my kids is a lot of confidence and a lot of love. I always tell them I love them. I think that’s really important. I’m a strict mom, but I have a lot of fun with my kids.”
Fun AND structure? Sounds good to us!
But how does pull that off? Well, it’s all about routine! Oh, and a little Justin Bieber on the side!
Here’s what she said:
“I’m all about routine — especially during the week when it’s a school day, I help them with their homework — but then on a weekend, we’ll get to hang out with Justin Bieber.”
Sounds amazing!
We know we’d definitely be doing our homework every night if we had Justin Bieber to look forward to on the weekends!
