Amado Aguirre filed a lawsuit against Mel B and her hubby Stephen Belafonte. He claims that he was beat up by those two and Amin Zahedi, a man who worked for the couple.
Although he was just doing his job as a real estate appraiser in December, the trio thought Aguirre was a photog as he snapped pictures of a nearby house. He claims they intimidated him, broke his hand and caused neck and back injuries.
The appraiser is suing for $350,000 in general damages, $35,000 for medical expenses, $100,000 for loss of future earnings and a cool $1 million in punitive damages. He even threw in $10 for lost wages.
Yikes! It’s a lot of $$$$$, but if he was just doing his job, we feel bad for the guy.
Shame. Shame.
