Melissa Joan Hart Said WHAT To Her Son About People Who Don't Believe In Jesus?!

Melissa Joan Hart

WTF, Sabrina?!
Melissa Joan Hart recently went on ABC TV host Paula Faris‘ Journeys of Faith podcast to talk about her Christian upbringing and growth throughout her life, but now, the interview is getting attention for all the wrong reasons.

Speaking about non-Christians and warning her six-year-old son about them right before switching from a Christian preschool to a traditional school, the Sabrina the Teenage Witch star revealed to Faris that she warned him (below):

“We don’t know if these people are good people. We don’t know if they believe in Jesus. And he really took the Jesus part to heart.”

WHAT?! As if you have to believe in Jesus to be a good person?? Come on, Melissa!!!
Furthermore, the former child star also hinted that she had some “heated” discussions with the Jewish mother of one of her son’s classmates, as well. Uhhh…
Melissa explained it a bit on the podcast (below):

“When the mom called me with a problem in sixth grade I was like well, ‘Do I regret telling my son that we don’t know if people believe in Jesus, so we don’t know their character?’ Is that a wrong thing to say? Did I set my son on the wrong path or was that the right thing to say and I should defend that?”

Um… seriously?
Now, Hart is getting flamed online for these comments — and rightfully so, as people are arguing that her “just asking questions” pose is the worst form of casual anti-Semitism (below):

Yeah…
Not great, Sabrina!!
