Meryl Streep was one of many attendees at the National Board Of Review Awards Gala in Manhattan on Tuesday. And since the event had a very official-sounding title, she decided to step her sophistication game up a notch by wearing enviable eyewear!!

She paired her spectacular spectacles with a monochrome gingham dress featuring a fancy brooch at the top, then covered up with a flattering tweed coat.
