Methface Sister Speaks!

Spencer Pratt‘s sister, Stephanie, says she isn’t surprised by her brother’s elopement with now-wife Heidi Montag.
She tells In Touch Weekly, “I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it.”
She also says that she wants them to come home soon, so she can celebrate with the happy new couple in the States.
And so that we can be filled to the top with so many new photo ops that we might just explode!
