Michael Douglas's Cancer Caused By Oral Sex HPV, His Ex Defends Herself!

Before we get into anything, let us just say WHO CARES who the HPV came from that caused Michael Douglas‘s throat cancer? More important is the lesson learned!
HPV is a super common issue affecting both men and women, and the last thing we want is to promote a negative stereotype or to cause someone emotional distress if they were the source of something like this. Seriously, it’s more important to let everyone know that it’s preventable, as there IS a vaccine that exists!
Do NOT live in shame! There’s no need!
Anyway, people seem to be looking for someone to blame in Michael Douglas’ throat cancer case (which he defeated, mind you!) and fingers are being pointed at BOTH his ex-wife, and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Now feeling the heat, Michael’s ex-wife Diandra (who divorced him in 2000) says she does NOT have HPV.
If she had HPV, she’d know — there are tests. And while it doesn’t always physically present itself, those tests are pretty easy in clarifying whether or not a woman has it. According to the CDC, though, there is no HPV test recommended for men at the moment.
Like we said: we hope nobody is hounding anyone over this. Michael has seen the end of his cancer, and it doesn’t matter anyway!
What DOES matter is how we stop more of this from happening!
