That was quick!
During their coverage at the Golden Globes 2014, E! was putting up ‘Fun Facts’ on the screen to entertain the masses — that is until they put one up about Michael J. Fox!
The Fun Fact was that Michael was diagnosed Parkinson’s in 1991 (above).
Not cool, and people TOTALLY noticed! Twitter blew up, and now E! has already apologized!
Here’s what they said:
“We regret the insensitive classification of Michael J. Fox’s Parkinson’s diagnosis during our live stream. We understand the serious nature of the disease and sincerely apologize.”
How does someone NOT notice something like that?? We’re sure it goes through more than one person before it goes live!

At least they’re on top of their apologies!
