Global Events LLC has gone broke after MJ’s tribute.
The company, who promoted October’s the Michael Jackson tribute concert, Michael Forever, owes British contractors a lot of dough.
The concert took place in Cardiff, Wales and the company will file for bankruptcy due to the massive debts.
The show did feature high profile acts like Christina Aguilera, Jamie Foxx, Cee Lo Green and Ne-Yo, but it was plagued with problems.
The Jackson estate expressed disapproval over not being consulted on use of MJ’s image or the timing of the concert.
KISS got the boot after Gene Simmons made deragotory comments towards MJ.
Jennifer Hudson and The Black Eyed Peas also dropped out as well.
Global Events has turned over their finances to accounters RSM Tenon.
